Speaker Bios:

·Richard Barrett has been an Assistant United States Attorney with the United States Attorney’s Office since 1990. He is currently a Supervisory Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division. He supervises the Corruption, Civil Rights and Labor Racketeering section of the Office. Prior to his position with the United States Attorney’s Office he worked as an Assistant District Attorney with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. He is an Adjunct Professor at Temple University Beasley School of Law where he teaches international criminal law and trial advocacy. He is the co-author of Lessons of Yugoslavia Rape Trials: A Role for Conspiracy Law in International Tribunals, 88 Minnesota Law Review 30 (2003). ·Jason Huff has been an FBI Special Agent for 15 years and is currently assigned to the Philadelphia public corruption squad.  On his prior squad (Healthcare Fraud), he worked prescription drug diversion and smuggling cases.  Jason has a BS in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, and worked as a software engineer before joining the FBI.

·Carmen DiMario has been a Special Agent with the FBI for eight years.  He has worked on various programs and violations including counterterrorism, violent crimes, protective details and public corruption.  Prior to entering the FBI, DiMario was a criminal defense attorney in Philadelphia for six years.
