Natasha Menon, a rising senior in the College of Arts and Sciences from Scottsdale, Arizona, is profiled for her participation in Penn’s Civic Scholars program, as well as organizations like Moder Patshala, the Public Interest Law Center in Center City, and the Washington Leadership Program. “I wanted to have an experience with immigration and take a deeper dive into the issues at the border from the federal government perspective,” she says.
