From Ferndale, WA, Cuong Nguyen is an undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania, double-majoring in Philosophy, Politics, Economics (PPE), and Computer Science, with minors in Statistics and Music. His active involvement on campus includes leadership roles in the Wharton Undergraduate in Public Policy, UPenn Honor Council, Penn Yo A-Cappella, and the Vietnamese Student Association. Cuong's deep-rooted passion for public policy emerged from his experiences as a democratic delegate and collaborations with elected officials, particularly in the realm of equity in higher education. Outside the academic and professional sphere, Cuong has a penchant for coffee brewing, music production, graphic design, and shopping.
