Maria Staszkiewicz is a senior with a concentration in Public Policy & Governance. She is interested in problems on the intersection of law, ethics, and economics. Currently pursuing an Honors Thesis, Maria is exploring questions concerning data ethics, technology policy, and information privacy. At Penn, she has been involved in behavioral economics research; the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program; pre-law clubs, such as the Wharton Business & Law Association; and multiple international student organizations, including Wharton Europe, the Canadian Club, and the Polish Club. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, volunteering in education-oriented non-profits, and traveling.
