Natalia Castillo is a senior from California studying Philosophy, Politics & Economics with a concentration in Globalization and a minor in English. On campus she is a member of Penn’s Civic Scholar program, a Penn Writing Center Fellow, and President of Penn Women's Club Water Polo. She is also committed to high-impact journalism as the Editor in Chief of Penn's independent arts and culture magazine, 34th Street. Her areas of interest are climate change governance, environmental–related social norms, and climate disaster recovery methods. She is committed to making research accessible and digestible across disciplines and applicable in real–world problem solving. In her free time she loves to explore coffee shops and bookstores in Philadelphia.
